Washington, . office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level white collar defense and investigations associate attorney with 4-5 years of white collar criminal defense and government investigations experience. The candidate will have opportunities for advancement in a collegial environment. Will receive training opportunities with growing levels of responsibility. Collaborate with talented and team-oriented attorneys across practice groups and across offices. Be allowed to work remotely two days per week. Should preferably have experience as a federal prosecutor or representing defendants in government investigations. Federal clerkship experience is also a plus. Should have advanced litigation skills, including independently managing and responding to grand jury subpoenas, assisting in defendant or witness proffers before the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission and other requests for the production of documents, taking and defending depositions, and drafting all common pleadings, motions, and briefs. Must have prior experiences that prepare them to work with attorneys, staff, and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own.
