Sr. Paralegal at DLA Piper

At DLA Piper, we are looking for a highly talented Sr. Paralegal to join our team. This position is remote and relocation is available according to our firm's policy.

The Sr. Paralegal will report to a Partner and will be responsible for a range of substantive case, matter, or entity-related duties by supporting efforts between attorneys, clients, outside legal counsel, opposing legal counsel, and other parties.

Minimum Requirements:

- 6 years’ Paralegal experience supporting a Finance practice group in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work

Preferred Requirements:

- Blue Sky experience
- Experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents (Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, state qualifications, consents, merger documents, closing books, electronic closing sets, initial drafts or certificates, short-form closing deliverables, and filing annual reports)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Large firm experience

Salary Information

In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for the Sr. Paralegal position is $95k-$130k. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
