H2: Position Description

- Seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join our Plantation office
- Responsible for assisting the legal team with immigration cases
- Prior experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

H2: Job Duties

- Conduct client interviews
- Prepare case files and manage cases
- Draft letters and forms for attorney review
- Schedule appointments and conduct phone intakes
- Fluent in Spanish or another language a plus for translations

H2: Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to social, economic, and racial justice
- Fluent in Spanish or another language a plus

H2: Salary and Benefits

- Full-time, exempt position with competitive salary starting at $45,000
- Salary may be higher based on experience
