Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships
- Draft correspondence and legal documents
- Prepare inventories, accountings, and other probate documents
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, insurance companies, financial institutions, public officials, and court administrators
- Review tax strategies and prepare various tax returns
- Gather information and stay updated on administrative changes
- Adhere to NC State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct
- Perform all tasks under the supervision of an attorney

Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client communication and service
- Proficient in technology, including MS Office Suite and online research
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members

The role of the Estate Administration Paralegal is to assist attorneys in the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships. This includes drafting legal documents, communicating with clients and other parties involved, and staying updated on administrative changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational and analytical skills, and excellent client communication and service.

- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the estate administration process
