- Assist with buying and selling of property, leases, land-use matters, due diligence, and closing
- Prepare legal documents such as leases, licenses, management agreements, and purchase and sale agreements
- Review lease documents and loan commitments
- Conduct due diligence including title searches and reviewing public records
- Prepare and manage closing checklists
- Coordinate with title companies to prepare closing statements
- Electronic file organization and ongoing maintenance of all files
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents

- High School Diploma
- Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-7 years professional experience in commercial real estate practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and case management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
