The law firm of Armstrong Teasdale is currently seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our team in St. Louis. As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a vital role in our Financial & Real Estate Services department, providing support to attorneys and clients. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills, who is committed to continuous learning and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and provide solutions to day-to-day problems
- Prioritize and effectively complete daily tasks
- Share information using data and information to support an argument or point of view
- Keep team informed about progress and problems, avoiding surprises
- Understand and maintain appropriate level of confidentiality
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to peers
- Train new employees
- Find solutions to problems
- Work autonomously and anticipate future business needs
- Identify self-training needs and opportunities
- Positively accept changes
- Actively participate in team and provide feedback and solutions
