Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, syndicated and other loan financings, joint ventures and co-investments, sales/leasebacks, leasing, recapitalizations, restructurings, fund formation, and development.
- Represent a diverse client base, including developers, lenders, investment banks, pension funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity funds, investors, and major corporations.
- 2-4 years of experience, with a preference for Class of 2017-2019 associates.
- Strong academic credentials and relevant experience in real estate transactions.
- Admission to the California Bar or willingness to become admitted.
