Law Firm Seeking Nurse Paralegal in Boca Raton, FL

- Regular travel to Boca Raton office required
- 1+ years of litigation experience required
- RN or LPN certification required
- CLNC or LNCC credentials preferred
- Trial experience preferred
- E-filing experience in state and federal courts preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers
- Teamwork oriented culture

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting attorneys with medical aspects of ongoing cases and trial preparation
- Conducting fact-finding projects and maintaining case files
- Coordinating with Litigation Records Specialists to obtain necessary medical records and documents
- Communicating with clients and medical providers
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Attending meetings and CMEs with clients
- Screening medical records for potential TBI cases
- Other related duties as assigned
