This position offers a competitive salary range of - per hour, depending on location, experience, and skillset. As a Business Intake & Conflicts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Firm's compliance with ethical obligations, risk management policies, and ability to onboard new business. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Conflicts and other team members to research and assist with department initiatives, including case law research, policy drafting, and lateral candidate submissions. Some of the primary responsibilities for this role include reviewing incoming conflict check forms, communicating with recruiting and HR teams, running conflict reports, and providing training to new hires. You will also be responsible for maintaining cross-reference databases, processing and quality control of intake reviews, and conducting research projects related to conflicts of interest and corporate affiliations. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other firm applications. A Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate are preferred, as well as previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
