Law Firm is currently seeking entry level patent agents with a background in chemistry to join our chemical group. As a patent agent, you will be responsible for preparing and prosecuting patents in various technical areas including semiconductor processing, chemistry and materials sciences, polymer chemistry, and advanced materials. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with relevant industry experience to gain experience in patent prosecution and advance their careers in the legal field.

Qualifications:

- Eligible to be admitted to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or . in chemistry or other relevant physical sciences field; or industry experience
- 0 to 3 years of patent attorney or agent experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Interest in patent prosecution
- Ability to work with colleagues in different time zones within the .
