We are currently seeking a non-partnership track attorney with at least five years of experience to join our strong litigation practice in our Baltimore office.

### Job Description

The Litigation Attorney (Non-Partnership Track) will be responsible for representing a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation. The attorney will be expected to represent clients in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.

### Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

- At least five years of experience in complex commercial litigation
- Preferably, some experience in landlord/tenant litigation
- Superior academic credentials
- E-discovery experience
- Strong communication skills
- Maryland admission

### Physical Requirements

To perform the functions of this job, the employee must be able to:

- Sit for long periods of time
- Communicate verbally and in writing
- Push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds
- Intermittently stand, walk, bend and stoop
- Type for the use of a personal computer
