To be considered for this position, candidates must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials, 5+ years of litigation experience, and an active NV bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
