- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a law firm and a Juris Doctor degree

Job Description:
- Support the practice areas in organizing and overseeing activities
- Develop and maintain internal and external content, including articles, client alerts, and presentations
- Create and digitize model documents and forms for practice areas
- Manage and organize practice area resources for easy access by attorneys
- Stay current on relevant securities and corporate laws and regulations
- Provide legal expertise and assist with locating knowledge resources
- Facilitate and present legal training programs for attorneys and paralegals
