The successful candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, as well as a firm understanding of family law procedures.

## Responsibilities

The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for the following:

* Meet with clients to review and obtain documents
* Utilize various e-discovery tools
* Review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data
* Prepare meet and confer letters
* Bill 6 hours per day
* Work as a member of a practice group team, for multiple partners
* Work independently to include keeping attorneys regularly updated on file progress
* Meet deadlines
* Possess a pleasant and professional demeanor
