- JD from accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability)
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

We are currently seeking an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with civil litigation experience, preferably in product liability, to join our team in Coral Gables, FL. As a part of our team, you can expect to have significant responsibility and immediate involvement with litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

- Defend corporate clients in high-exposure and technically intricate lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions
- Handle large scale motions and trials, if preferred
- Stay up to date with current state and federal procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court

Qualifications:

- JD from accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or product liability
- Trial experience, preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
