- Draft and review employment policies and procedures
- Prepare and facilitate manager trainings for clients
- Draft separation agreements

**Qualifications:**
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- Prior experience with Human Resources, education, labor, or government contracting is ideal
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to and empathy for fellow team members
