Job Title: Litigation Paralegal (HYBRID)

H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and subpoenas
- Manage and retrieve information from administrative and trial courts
- Conduct cite checking and review motions and pleadings for accuracy
- Organize large volumes of documents, both hard copy and electronic
- Utilize software systems for document tracking and review
- Perform legal research and fact gathering
- Prepare and process court and administrative filings
- Stay current with court dockets and litigation dates
- Provide recommendations on procedural issues

H2: Qualifications:

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures
- Accuracy and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Experience with eDiscovery software
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
- Three years prior experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience in education law setting preferred
- Flexibility with work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed
