Salary: BOE: to $21 an hour (Competitive Pay!)

Location: Tulsa, OK

Experience: Law firm experience preferred, domestic experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and take accurate messages
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Ensure accuracy of all documents
- Conduct legal research
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and organizing files
- Enter billable hours into designated software
- Other tasks as requested by Firm Management Team

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with PC programs
- Strong computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Senior Paralegal/Legal Assistant positions available for those with prior family law or litigation experience
