Overview:

Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is an Associate level position with training involved.

Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our talented attorneys to provide support before, during, and after trials. This includes maintaining client relationships, preparing legal reports and documents, and interacting with expert witnesses. You will also be responsible for attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, as well as working closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. 1+ years of Litigation experience is preferred. Additionally, strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills are required, as well as a strong interest in Personal Injury Law. We are looking for a self-starter who is driven by long-term career goals.
