Law Firm is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team in Portland, OR. In this role, you will work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to assist in preparing legal documentation and managing cases. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to prepare legal documentation and process transactions.
• Conduct client interviews and locate and interview expert witnesses.
• Draft legal documents including discovery motions, briefs, affidavits, and more.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Manage cases and files, organizing and maintaining them.
• Assist in all phases of case preparation, including discovery and trial.
• Prepare for and attend trials, including coordinating exhibits and jury instructions.
• Monitor legal fees, budgets, and project status.
• Provide logistical support and maintain legal files.
• Assist in developing and implementing office systems and procedures.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal training program or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong research skills and knowledge of legal terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suites, and Clio (preferred).
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Good judgement and ability to make timely decisions.

• Use of specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles such as telephone, fax, computer, and copier.
