The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigated/contested Pennsylvania foreclosure actions. Job Responsibilities • Navigating client management systems (BKFS and Tempo) and completing daily processing tasks related to contested/litigated Pennsylvania foreclosure actions • Assisting with all aspects of contested/litigated Pennsylvania foreclosure actions, including calendar management, review of court orders, discovery, drafting and filing court pleadings, and preparing conciliation conference notes • Must be a team player and willing to assist throughout the department Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in litigated/contested Pennsylvania foreclosure actions • Proficiency in BKFS (LPS) and Tempo • Prior experience with Perfect Practice case management system preferred • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to manage a high volume of files and multi-task • Attention to detail Scope This job description outlines the general responsibilities of the position and does not guarantee that all duties will be performed by all employees in this role.
