Job Title: Trial Paralegal
Location: Boca Raton, FL

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with attorneys to assist with ongoing cases and prepare for trial if needed
- Conduct fact-finding projects and maintain case files
- Manage attorney's calendar and schedule appointments, depositions, meetings, and more
- Utilize various legal software programs for document management and e-filing
- Assist with preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
- Communicate with clients and parties involved in the case
- Prepare trial notebooks and exhibit lists
- Retain experts for trial and attend meetings
- Complete trial logistic tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience
- Experience with the discovery process and e-filing in state and federal courts
- Ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and co-workers
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with medical records and coordinating appearances at trial preferred
