We are currently seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to advise and partner with business and HR leaders on all labor and employment matters. This is a remote/hybrid position, with locations in San Antonio, TX; Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; and Miami, FL. The Senior Employment Counsel will be responsible for providing guidance on a variety of employment and traditional labor issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, family and medical leave laws, and restrictive covenants. They will also review and respond to labor and employment-related claims and manage outside counsel in employment litigation matters. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5-7 years of employment law experience, preferably in a top law firm or as an in-house lawyer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They must also be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A Juris Doctorate degree and membership in a state bar are required, with experience in California laws and regulations being a plus.
