# Litigation Paralegal - Nuzzo-Roberts Law Firm

## Job Description
Nuzzo-Roberts Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for an individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent writing and communication skills. A four-year degree with a strong GPA in Paralegal/Legal Studies or relevant field is preferred, but not required. Experience is a plus (preferably litigation), but we are willing to train the right person who is ready to learn and brings a can-do, team-player attitude.

## Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research
- Assist with document review
- Assist with discovery
- Draft legal documents
- Prepare pleadings
- Manage document production
- Assist with hearings, depositions, and other proceedings
- Communicate with clients
- Assist with trial preparation

## Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Four-year degree with a strong GPA in Paralegal/Legal Studies or relevant field preferred, but not required
- Experience a plus (preferably litigation)
