As a Litigation Paralegal at McDermott, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most respected and dynamic organizations in the world. You will utilize your expertise and knowledge to provide legal support to attorneys and assist with various tasks related to litigation cases.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a mid to large size law firm or corporation. You must have a strong understanding of litigation processes and be familiar with a range of litigation support applications. A college degree or equivalent certificate is required, and excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining case files, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and providing administrative trial support. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have an acute attention to detail, and be able to handle and maintain confidential information.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary range of $74,000 - $163,000 in Los Angeles. Please note that salary ranges are not guarantees and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our full-time employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
