## Position Summary
Shutts & Bowen is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner for its Private Client Services Practice Group. The successful candidate should have 5-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, and related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries. International estate planning experience is a plus. The attorney will work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. An LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred, but not required. The candidate must be or be willing to become a member of the Florida Bar.

## Job Responsibilities
* Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of estate planning matters.
* Prepare and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogates, and living wills.
* Advise clients on estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, and related services.
* Assist with the preparation of tax returns for estates and trusts.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
* Stay current on applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

## Qualifications
* Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
* 5-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, and related services.
* International estate planning experience is a plus.
* LLM in Tax or Estate Planning preferred, but not required.
* Must be or be willing to become a member of the Florida Bar.

## Salary
Salary is commensurate with experience.
