Salary Information:

- Expected range: $226k- $258k
- Actual compensation based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

- Support, collaborate, and guide business partners on workplace safety and health compliance requirements.
- Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues and create programmatic opportunities to address risk, including training, policies, and processes.
- Develop relationships with regulatory agencies, defend our practices within appropriate boundaries, and work to influence policy development.
- Handle all aspects of litigation relating to matters regarding workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations.
- Represent clients in informal conferences, settlement negotiations and defensive litigation of citations.
- Provide crisis management to clients dealing with workplace safety and health matters.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

- . from an ABA accredited law school, with exceptional academic credentials.
- 8+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required. All exceptional candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
- Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
- NY Bar Admission with “active” status required.
- Must have supervisory experience.
- First and/or second chair trial experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment.
