Position Location and Time Type: - US - NY - Long Island, US - NY - New York City, White Plains - Full time Job Requisition ID: R654-2023 Salary Information: - Expected range: $226k- $258k - Actual compensation based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities: - Support, collaborate, and guide business partners on workplace safety and health compliance requirements. - Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues and create programmatic opportunities to address risk, including training, policies, and processes. - Develop relationships with regulatory agencies, defend our practices within appropriate boundaries, and work to influence policy development. - Handle all aspects of litigation relating to matters regarding workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations. - Represent clients in informal conferences, settlement negotiations and defensive litigation of citations. - Provide crisis management to clients dealing with workplace safety and health matters.
