As a Paralegal at Axinn, you will support our attorneys in a wide range of complex legal projects and tasks related to antitrust and intellectual property litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for legal research and a strong understanding of court procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and compile results in an organized manner
- Prepare court filings and proofread documents
- Manage case calendars and maintain litigation files
- Assist with complex discovery projects and court filings
- Communicate with outside counsel, court/agency staff, and vendors
- Provide necessary support during trial/hearing preparation
- Perform computer database input and retrieval

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior knowledge of Westlaw and litigation support platforms preferred
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
- Previous trial experience preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with applicable court rules and procedures

Position Details:

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a targeted hiring range of - per hour. The final rate of pay will be based on experience. This position is currently available in our DC and NYC office locations.
