Job Title: Paralegal - International Trade (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: 1-3 years

Job Overview:

- The law firm Blank Rome is seeking a Paralegal with 1-3 years of experience to support attorneys on a variety of International Trade matters.
- This is a hybrid working arrangement, with the Paralegal expected to be onsite 3 days per week at a Blank Rome office.
- The Paralegal will report to the Director of Paralegal Services and provide advanced, complex assistance to client case teams.

Essential Functions:

- Monitor, update, and maintain case files on a daily basis.
- Organize and update electronic databases, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Assist with preparation and filing of submissions before government agencies.
- Prepare and maintain case timelines and team calendars.
- Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents.
- Conduct research and analysis on international trade developments.
- Provide general organizational support to attorneys.
- Maintain client confidentiality.

Skills/Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of paralegal experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Spanish language skills preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and web-based document-sharing applications.
