Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and complaints
- E-file court documents and communicate with clients, court, and counsel
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation
- Prepare discovery documents and responses, as well as draft and serve summons
- Coordinate and summarize depositions and prepare trial binders and exhibits
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court

Qualifications:
- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 10+ years of litigation experience required, preferably in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in calendaring
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, etc.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive computer and database expertise, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing speed of at least 35 wpm
