This role will focus on commercial contracting, managing risk, and advising on legal issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate agreements with vendors in collaboration with Ibotta's procurement committee

- Optimize and enhance contract management processes and tools

- Provide support for risk-management processes and compliance issues

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably a combination of law firm and in-house experience

- Experience managing a high volume of contract requests
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to build and improve processes
