Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contract management systems, including researching and implementing a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, cataloging and inputting specified data points of contracts, and maintaining and updating contracts within the CLM system
- Draft a variety of legal and general corporate documents, produce initial contract redlines, and summarize contracts, regulations, and laws for executive review
- Organize and maintain files for multiple business areas, review and prepare written summaries of regulations or legislative bills, and conduct regulatory research when needed
- Support executives and general counsel by conducting specialized legal research, analyzing and synthesizing legal information, and assisting in meeting preparations
- Engage with sales staff to review revisions requested by customers, conduct initial review of incoming form contracts, and handle legal business including intake and distribution of correspondence and legal scheduling
- Maintain legal related processes, compliance, and deadlines by monitoring deadlines, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and assisting in the implementation of legal related processes and technologies

Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of contract management experience
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm setting focused on contract management, contract review, and/or regulatory compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes of work in a dynamic environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal document management systems and reporting tools in a corporate setting
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and critical thinking skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Education and Training:
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate from an associate degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, and/or a bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
