BOSTON LITIGATION PARTNER

Cordell & Cordell, a nationally recognized domestic litigation firm, is seeking a highly experienced and driven attorney to join our team as a Boston Litigation Partner. This leadership role offers the opportunity to focus on your passion for practicing law in a specialized practice field while also being a strategic leader in the growth of the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue and team growth as the Boston market leader.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among professionals in various roles, cities, offices, and regions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership team on market growth plans and strategy.
- Make improvement recommendations to other partners and firm leadership.
- Manage family law cases from beginning to end.
- Provide superior customer service to all clients.
- Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
- Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
- 10+ years of domestic litigation experience.
- 1st chair family law experience and experience handling complex litigation matters.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
- Proficient in learning new technical programs and software.
