Washington . office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a personal injury litigation attorney with 2+ years of PI litigation experience, ideally motor vehicle/automobile liability/MVA. The candidate will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA)/automobile accident cases, including trial preparation, depositions leading to trial, complicated settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in DC and surrounding areas in Maryland and/or Virginia. Responsible for the day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in the District of Columbia, as well as cases in Northern Virginia. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. Guide plaintiff clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs. Must be an active member in good standing with the Bar for the Commonwealth of Virginia and District of Columbia Bar.
