  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive and strategic representation for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling labor and employment legal matters.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess legal issues and determine optimal strategies.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships and foster a collaborative work culture.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

  • Expertise in labor and employment law, including litigation and negotiations.
  • Proficiency in drafting contracts, legal reports, and appeals.
  • Strong legal research skills to stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes.
