Steptoe LLP, a prestigious law firm, is currently seeking highly qualified attorneys with 5-6 years of experience in Energy & Infrastructure transactions to join our team in either Houston, New York, or Washington . office.

* Candidates must have 5-6 years of experience in Energy & Infrastructure transactions
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
* Experience in financing and/or private M&A transactions is preferred
* Tax equity and/or IRA credit experience is a plus
* Must be willing to take on immediate responsibility and work collaboratively as part of a team

* Expected salary range is $345,000 to $370,000

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the New York, District of Columbia, or Texas Bar, active and in good standing.
