Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the M&A and Private Equity team in one of Orrick's US office locations
- Possess law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity experience in a major law firm
- Highly motivated
- Excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Superior communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required

Compensation and Benefits:

- Expected salary range between $260,000 and $310,000
