Responsibilities:

- Assisting with all phases of trust and estate administration
- Researching and consulting with attorneys on federal estate and tax matters
- Assisting with estate planning by preparing tax projections for high net worth individuals
- Gathering information for tax returns and preparing pleadings for court
- Monitoring and maintaining estate and trust accounts
- Conducting investigations and communicating with court administration and regulatory bodies
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of trust and estate related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of college or Paralegal Certificate
- Experience with tax and estate administration software programs preferred
- Must be independent, proactive, and organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
