As a Trademark Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our trademark prosecution team, assisting with all federal trademark and service mark applications and handling foreign trademark formalities and renewals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file federal trademark and service mark applications Monitor and handle foreign trademark formalities and renewals Track docket entries and deadlines Prepare reports for attorneys and clients Communicate with clients, foreign associates, and US Patent and Trademark Office personnel Arrange for legalization of documents in foreign countries Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required Paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred Minimum 3 years of trademark prosecution experience Proficient in Office365, PATTSY WAVE, TSDR, Coresearch, Page Vault, Global IP Estimator, and iManage (or similar docketing and document management systems) Knowledge of foreign trademark prosecution In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
