# Senior Business Immigration Analyst

The Law Firm is looking for a Senior Business Immigration Analyst to join their team. This role provides an opportunity to make an immediate impact with the firm, as well as offer training, development, and long-term growth opportunities. The Senior Business Immigration Analyst will be responsible for case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, communicating with foreign nationals and client contacts, compiling and summarizing large quantities of data, and more.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role
- At least two years of business immigration experience (., paralegal)
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines
- Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel
- Desire to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork

## Salary Range

The salary range for this role takes into account many factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors noted.
