Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area. The firm has nearly 300 attorneys and operates from strategic offices in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto. The preferred location for this position is in the Buffalo or Syracuse office, but it is not required.

Experience and Qualifications:

- At least one to three years of experience as a practicing attorney in the areas of real property, tax, or litigation
- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Support the Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area
- Handle real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters (experience in these areas is highly regarded but not necessary)

Salary Information:

- Salary Range: $100,000 to $145,000
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location
- This range does not include performance or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm
