- Seeking an associate to join our Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation (IP&T) practice with 3-6 years of experience at a law firm in Silicon Valley
- Must have strong academic credentials and complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases
- Demonstrated desire to be a trial lawyer and strong research and writing skills required
- Opportunity for substantive case work including depositions, motion practice, and trial
- Training provided to become a premier trial lawyer
- Ability to understand complex scientific and engineering concepts and manage cases, assignments, and team members efficiently and effectively

Experience Requirements:
- 3-6 years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases
- Admission to practice in California (or eligible to become admitted)
- Admission before the United States Patent & Trademark Office a plus, but not required
