Faegre Drinker is a law firm based in the United States with offices in Chicago, Indianapolis Downtown, and Washington . We are currently seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join our trademark, copyright, advertising, and media team in our Intellectual Property practice group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top lawyers and legal professionals, providing trademark and brand management services to our clients. Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage US and foreign prosecution filings, including preparing trademark status summary reports and extension requests.
- Conduct and review trademark searches and draft opinion letters for attorney review.
- Prepare and record assignment documentation.
- Compile documentation required for foreign filings and correspond with foreign associates on filing and prosecuting applications and renewing registrations.
- Assist with recording trademarks with Customs and Border Protection and registration, maintenance, and transfer of domain names.
- Assist with copyright filings and obtain documents for legalization.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Paralegal certificate and/or 4-year college degree.
- 2+ years of previous trademark experience preferred.
- Previous copyright experience preferred.
