## Transactional Real Estate Attorney (Pennsylvania)

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is actively seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join their growing Real Estate and Construction Procurement group. This position can be located in any of their Pennsylvania offices and hybrid or remote opportunities are available based on experience.

### Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

- 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Planned community and condominium experience a plus

### Responsibilities

In this role, the successful candidate will provide sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of clients nationally and locally. They will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
