Law Firm Seeks Employment Litigation Associate in Orange County, CA
- Competitive salary range of $208,000-$225,000
- Full-time, hybrid remote position
- JD from ABA accredited law school required
- 4-6 years of experience in employment law preferred
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues
- Class Action/PAGA experience preferred but not required
- Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters

Skills and Requirements:
- JD from ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Understanding of current agency procedures at state and federal levels
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
