Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate loan documentation
- Review title and survey documents
- Negotiate commercial leases
- Review due diligence materials
- Support senior attorneys on complex transactions

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial lending and/or commercial real estate transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with title and survey review, commercial leasing, and due diligence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
