Law Firm Seeks Real Estate Associate with Energy & Infrastructure Experience

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate aspects of project development, M&A transactions, and financing in the energy and infrastructure sector
- Review and advise on title and survey issues for wind, solar, and battery storage projects
- Work closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative team environment
- Stay up-to-date on emerging areas in energy and infrastructure
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of real estate experience, with a preference for energy and infrastructure sector experience
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the candidate's location is required

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range of $260,000 to $390,000
