RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion
Order title, obtain payoffs, prepare deeds, assignments, and letters
Meet time-sensitive deadlines
Provide updates and timely responses to clients
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
Maintain accurate and organized case files
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Attend court hearings and assist attorneys as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1-year related foreclosure experience
Knowledge of LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, or similar programs
Familiarity with New York State foreclosure laws and procedures
Experience with drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable and confident communicating with clients and court personnel
