The Law Firm is currently seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of 3 years of federal energy regulatory experience to join our Energy Regulatory & Markets Group in the Washington, . office. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience practicing before FERC in the power and/or natural gas industry to join our team and grow their career.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support and advice to clients in the energy industry, with a focus on federal energy regulatory matters
- Represent clients before FERC in various proceedings, including rate cases, rulemakings, and enforcement actions
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to develop strategies and provide comprehensive legal solutions

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of federal energy regulatory experience, including experience practicing before FERC in the power and/or natural gas industry
- Strong academic credentials and a . from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the Washington, . office
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
