This position is available in both their Rochester and Syracuse, NY offices and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and practice areas. Responsibilities for this role include drafting legal documents, conducting research, representing clients in court appearances, and providing legal advice to creditor clients. The firm expects a minimum of 1800 billable hours annually from the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have 1-5+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in creditor's rights. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York bar are also required for this position. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams is also desired.
