Responsibilities for this role include drafting legal documents, conducting research, representing clients in court appearances, and providing legal advice to creditor clients. The firm expects a minimum of 1800 billable hours annually from the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have 1-5+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in creditor's rights. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York bar are also required for this position. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams is also desired.
